Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 17, 2026
The Architect Programs LLC (“Architect Programs”, “we”, “us”) operates thearchitectprograms.com. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
1. What we collect
You give us:
- Contact details: name, email address, and phone number if you give one
- Account details: your login credentials and program progress
- Purchase details: what you bought and when. Card details go directly to our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number
- Shipping address: to send you the Provider’s Playbook
- What you share in coaching: anything you tell us on a call or in writing, including personal circumstances about your work, your finances and your relationship
- Call recordings: where you have agreed to a call being recorded
We collect automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring site, and which lessons you have opened
- Device data: IP address, browser type, device type, approximate location from IP
- Cookies: see section 7
Sensitive information. Coaching conversations may touch on your relationship, your mental state or your finances. We do not ask for health information and we are not a healthcare provider, so this information is not protected health information under HIPAA. We treat it as confidential, and you should share only what you are comfortable sharing.
2. How we use it
- To deliver what you bought: give you account access, run your calls, ship your Playbook
- To take payment and keep records required for tax and accounting
- To send you emails about your program, your calls and your account
- To send the free guide you requested, and follow-up emails about our programs, until you unsubscribe
- To answer your questions and provide support
- To understand how the Site is used, so we can improve it
- To protect the Site against fraud and misuse, and to comply with the law
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
3. Email
If you give us your email for a free guide or a newsletter, we will send you that guide and follow-up emails about our programs. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly.
Emails about something you bought (your calls, your account, your shipping) are not marketing, and you will keep receiving those while you are enrolled.
4. Text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your program, your calls and our offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
5. Why we are allowed to use it
For people in the United States, we rely on your consent and on the need to perform our contract with you.
If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, our legal bases are: performance of a contract, for delivering your program; your consent, for marketing emails and non-essential cookies; our legitimate interests, for improving and securing the Site; and legal obligation, for tax and accounting records.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run the business, and only what they need:
| Who | What they get | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Name, email, billing details | To take payment |
| Brevo | Name, email, engagement data | To send emails |
| Netlify | Site and account data | To run the Site |
| Calendly | Name, email, call times | To schedule calls |
| Viewing data | To deliver lessons | |
| USPS | Name, shipping address | To deliver your Playbook |
| Supabase | Usage and device data | To understand Site use |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone’s safety, or in connection with a sale or merger of the business, in which case we will notify you.
Coaching conversations stay between you and Cole. We do not share what you discuss, except where the law requires it or where there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.
7. Cookies and analytics
The Site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping you signed in. We also use Supabase to understand how the Site is used.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the Site working.
8. How long we keep it
- Account and program records: while your account is active
- Purchase and tax records: 3 years, as required by law
- Email list data: until you unsubscribe, then a suppression record so we do not email you again
- Call recordings and coaching notes: 12 months after your program ends, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
- Analytics data: 12 months after inactivity
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls and reputable service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Whoever and wherever you are, you can email us at thearchitectprograms@gmail.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within 30 days. Deleting your information may mean we can no longer give you access to a program you bought.
If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect and why, to request deletion, to request correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If you live in another US state with a privacy law (Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others), you have similar rights to access, correct, delete and opt out. Email us and we will honor them.
If you are in the UK or the EEA, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to complain to your data protection authority. Your information is processed in the United States, which does not have an equivalent data protection regime; where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our providers.
11. Children
The Site and our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
12. Other sites
The Site links to other services, such as our booking tool and social media. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and if the change is significant we will email anyone on our list.
